We are seeking creative, highly motivated individuals interested in working on a variety of challenging assignments across many industries in our Executive Compensation & Rewards practice. At Towers Perrin, consulting is our core business. Our Executive Compensation and Rewards consulting practice focuses on providing a full array of compensation services to FTSE 250 companies, and is widely recognised as the largest practice of its kind in the world.

Towers Perrin helps companies develop compensation approaches and designs compensation plans that support their business strategies by linking pay with performance.

We work with senior management and Boards of Directors to create shareholder value through their people strategies. As an associate, you will be a key member of multiple client teams, and will quickly begin to develop consulting and pay plan design skills through working on projects focused on salary administration, incentive and performance management programmes, as well as on issues of corporate governance.
