We are seeking creative, highly motivated individuals interested in working on a variety of challenging assignments across many industries in our Executive Compensation & Rewards practice. We work with senior management and Boards of Directors to create shareholder value through their people strategies. As an associate, you will be a key member of multiple client teams, and will quickly begin to develop consulting and pay plan design skills through working on projects focused on salary administration, incentive and performance management programmes, as well as on issues of corporate governance.
