80. Corporate Sales - Financial Outsourcing
Our client is a global leader in providing outsourced back office solutions to blue chip multinationals. With offices in 30 countries our client is poised for further growth and expansion. As a result of our clients on-going growth plans, we have been retained to recruit a small number of Corporate Sales Executives to be based from their UK head office in North West London.
In this role you will be responsible for conducting company research, lead qualification, lead generation and appointment setting for Senior Sales Staff. These meetings are to be arranged with Decision Makers within blue-chip companies. Whilst this role is primarily internal, it is not a telesales role as they have a structured internal training programme into the senior sales force. Potential candidates should view this role as a stepping stone into Corporate field Sales.
The position provides an excellent opportunity for candidates who wish to pursue a career in Corporate Sales. Prospective candidates will have the potential to develop into a field sales role in 18 months. The company will provide training to the successful candidate to help them achieve this goal. This will consist of "on the job" training, together with on-going mentoring and coaching from experienced staff.
In addition you will have an opportunity to further enhance your existing interpersonal and business skills by working in a fast moving and dynamic environment, as part of a large multinational financial services company. Candidates will be working towards full external sales status where they will have excellent earning potential. To apply, you will require an absolute minimum of one year business-to-business sales experience and a proven ability to meet targets and arrange meetings.
