92. Supplier Manager

As a major Financial Services and Retail Banking group, our client's operations span the globe. They are now seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated Supplier Managers / Contracts Managers to provide specialist supplier management skills across a wide range of contracts and stakeholders. This is a 6 month interim position, with the potential to extend based on business need.

In this senior appointment you will be responsible for providing expertise and support to our client's Group businesses by managing strategic outsourced and offshore contracts. This will involve managing a mixture of existing business and new business and growth. Some travel will be required. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated individual wishing to gain invaluable experience in a fast moving supplier relationship management environment.

This role requires expertise in stakeholder management, in-depth contract knowledge, risk oversight, change management, reporting and commercial knowledge. To succeed in this position you will have a proven background in supplier management and management consulting. You will also need to demonstrate an understanding of supply chain concepts, exceptional commercial analysis/negotiation skills, and experience of leading 3rd party negotiations.
