20. Investment Bank-Team Lead BA-Trade Settlements
Global Investment Bank is looking for a Lead BA to join there Post Trade IT department to deliver system solutions to support trade settlement, confirmation and accounting back office requirements for the Cash Securities businesses globally. The role is to act as the primary interface between the business units (e.g. Operations, Finance, Trading) and technology.
The Lead Business Analyst will typically identify and agree business unit requirements, functional specifications, be involved in the creation of other project deliverables and plans and ensure that they play their part in delivering projects on schedule and to budget. The role will involve working across all Securities Post Trade IT systems and providing tighter integration with Front Office IT units in multiple locations.
The incumbent will be responsible for facilitating working across multiple project areas and systems teams in order to define, gather and clearly document requirements; therefore Business Analysis and Change Management skills will be required, as well as project planning, negotiating and influencing skills. The role will involve Interacting with multiple stakeholders in both IT and in the Business in order to validate and sign-off a variety of project deliverables ranging from requirements through to project plans, budgets, through to testing and implementation plans.
You will be required to translate user requirements into appropriate IT plans and solutions and in turn review potential solutions with business representatives to select the most appropriate. In particular this individual must be willing to take a perspective and responsibility for major change initiatives which are: Front to back in nature, across multi asset-classes and multi platforms/regions.
